Complaint procedure

At vegan is us we are passionate about customer service and want to ensure you enjoy our premium quality range. If you have a complaint about a product you have received or about our service, please let us know by sending us a message via our Contact Form. You can reach us at kindly ask you to contact us within 3 working days after delivery should you are not satisfied with our performance.

 Refund policy

Do you want to return one or several products? Please read our General Terms and Conditions first to find out whether your complaint qualifies for a  return consignment. We can offer a refund providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase unused. Please email us at for a return authorisation. We aim to handle your returns within 10 working days of receiving the goods. Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
